Universe Creation
A Universe will begin its life in the Other Universes board. Any member can post in that board with an idea for an animanga or game universe. The character sheet (if there is one), the information page and any threads for that universe will appear in that board. In the topic of each thread you would put the universe's name in brackets so that others will know it is part of that universe.Getting a Board
Now you have your universe's threads in the Other Universes board. How do you turn those threads into a board? You will need 3 characters (created by different members), a character template and an information page. When you have met these conditions, contact me or one of the other staff. You will also need to provide a description for the board. We will move the universe information to a new board inside of the Other Universes category.If the universe drops below 3 characters for too long, it will be moved back to the Other Universes board.
Getting a Category
The next step up is a category. To get a category for your universe you will need 5 characters created by different members. You will also need the character template and an information page. Finally, the universe must have been around for at least two weeks.When you are ready to make the request, you will need to give us two board descriptions and a member group color. The group will be added, and a category will be created with three boards. You will be made the leader of the member group. The three boards will be the information board, and two in character boards.
If the universe drops below five characters for too long, we will turn it back into a board.
Getting More Boards/Leaders
As a universe grows, it will be provided more boards and leaders. These are not something you will ask for though. Instead, if a universe looks active enough you will be asked if you want more boards. This will be based on number of threads/posts, as well as number of characters.Moderator
Universe specific moderators will be added if a universe becomes fairly large. It will be their job to keep order in the universe, and to remove any spam or clutter.
